Name:Beaver in a Can
Item:SAH-3801
Manufacturer:Stuffed Animal House
Retired:January 2009
These busy and industrious web-footed animals can be found throughout many parts of North America. They are known for their engineering skills in building remarkable dams and beaver lodges, which are accessible through underwater entrances. By adding or removing branches, mud and pebbles they can control the water level of their ponds and inside their lodges, thus keeping their sleeping chambers dry. In winter when the pond freezes over, an air vent is kept open to allow them to survive on stored branches and bark.

8" long, Fur Trees Collection.

Available in inventory at $20.00 each.
